Avocado Mash Easy Tasty Avocado Mash

Ingredients:

1 Ripe avocado

½ Lemon

Dash garlic powder

Dash Cilantro

Dash Celtic Sea salt

  • Cut open avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh onto a plate.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocado until it is somewhat mashed.
  • Squeeze about 1 tablespoon or more (to your taste) of lemon on top of the mashed avocado.
  • Cut a small piece of lemon zest from the ½ of lemon and chop into very small pieces and put on top of avocado.
  • Sprinkle a dash or so of cilantro on top of avocado.
  • Sprinkle a dash of garlic on top of the avocado.
  • Sprinkle a dash of Celtic Sea salt on top of the avocado.
  • Combine all ingredients.

Serve on to of toast or dip in chips to enjoy.
